Lower limb intelligent feedback training system A1-2

Short Description:

Product Detail

Product Introduction

The A1-2 Lower Limb Intelligent Feedback Training System is an intelligent lower limb rehabilitation device designed to assist patients in standing training. By driving the legs to facilitate lower limb movement, it provides a highly realistic simulation of normal walking activities. This allows patients who are unable to stand to experience walking while in a lying position, helping stroke patients establish the correct early walking pattern. Additionally, continuous exercise training helps maintain and improve the excitability, flexibility, and coordination of the nervous system, promoting neurological recovery and effectively reducing lower limb motor disabilities.

Features

1. Progressive Weight Reduction Training: With progressive standing training ranging from 0 to 90 degrees combined with weight reduction suspension straps, the device can comfortably, safely, and effectively control the physiological load on the patient’s lower limbs, achieving progressive lower limb rehabilitation training results.

2. Electric Bed and Leg Length Adjustment: The training settings interface allows for smooth electric adjustment of the bed angle and leg length. The backrest can be adjusted from 0 to 15 degrees, assisting in hip joint extension and suppressing abnormal lower limb reflex patterns. The leg length can be adjusted from 0 to 25 cm, catering to the height requirements of the majority of users.

3. Simulated Walking Motion: Controlled by a servo motor, the device provides a smooth and steady variable speed program that effectively mimics the physiological gait of a normal person. The stepping angle can be adjusted from 0 to 45 degrees, helping patients achieve an optimal walking training experience.

4. Personalized Ankle-Foot Joint Morphology Adjustment: The foot pedal can be adjusted in multiple directions, allowing for adjustments in distance, dorsiflexion, plantarflexion, inversion, and eversion angles. This meets the needs of different patients, improving training comfort and effectiveness.

5. Intelligent Switching between Passive and Active-Passive Modes: By providing a minimum speed parameter setting, the device can detect the level of active effort exerted by the patient and adjust the motor speed accordingly through a speed sensor feedback mechanism.

6. Diverse Training Games: Offers unilateral and bilateral lower limb game training, catering to patients with different lower limb functional impairments. Game training for both legs enhances walking coordination.

7. Parameter and Report Display: Real-time torque, stepping angle, and plantar pressure are displayed for gait analysis and tracking. The system provides information on lower limb muscle strength improvement before and after training, as well as intelligent assessment of muscle strength levels. Training reports present multiple parameter results and can be exported and saved in Excel format.

8. Spasm Protection Function: Different sensitivity settings for lower limb spasm can be adjusted. Pop-up alerts warn of spasms and automatically reduce speed to alleviate spasm, ensuring the safety of training for patients prone to sudden spasms.
